Have to give a shout out..
to all my staff that have come through for me in the last month. They always come through, but this last month has been extremely hard on them.
Reiko- Keeping the store on it's Ps& Qs while I have been gone. I can truly say you are my right hand. You are much more to me than my manager. Your knowledge and organizing skills are irreplaceable! Thank you
Rosemary- You have been a tremendous help. I have been hearing you say "Go Nancy, I got it" so much more this past month. Thank you
Irma- Your help around the store and knowledge is invaluable . Thank you
Stephanie & Allison- Opening and closing crops when I needed you. Thank you
Denise- for filling in when I needed you. Thank you
Angelica- Your willingness to help when I need something, helping with the store, designing our logo, making projects, helping with the Super Spender and maintaining the website has been a blessing! Your attention to detail keeps me on my toes. When we brainstorm, look at all the things we have come up with. Your designing skills have been out world. Thank you
Laura- Your help around the store, designing for both design teams AND your "ready to do this" attitude is a god sent blessing. Angelica and I are so glad to have you on our team at CHA as well. Thank you
Stephanie- Auuh Stephanie.. What can I say. You have cut over 500 flowers for me in last week, designed projects for CHA AND still teaching a class tomorrow. Incredibly you have done this even after your surgery Wednesday. Oh wait one more thing, you didn't have to type the project sheet again, lol. If you lived closer, I would give you more to do, just kidding. Thank you
Veronica- You always come in and leave the store in stealth mode, but you leave some amazing projects. We have not talked much, but you seem to always know what to do. We are so lucky to have you design for both teams. Your flowers on our shirts at CHA are going to look awesome. Thank you
Daniela- You have come through for us with some fantastic projects. They are going to look awesome displayed at CHA. I wished you lived closer so I could see you more. Your LSS is very lucky to have you. Thank you
Nancy- Yes, I have to give a shout out to me too. Why? Taking care of three kids full time (feeding, bathing, keeping them occupied..). Not hard? How about doing it while finalizing our booth details, packing for our booth, orgainzing the Super Spender Crop, setting up our cruise details, preparing for our second anniversary crop, ordering t-shirts and bags and getting them printed, trying to get our products here on time(this has been a bear in itself) AND doing this while my husband is out of town. I have to pat myself and my team for doing such an outstanding job. We are ready to go and put on an amazing show. Now off to finalize tomorrow's day.

CHA is going to be so great Nancy--the products are beautiful and the projects the team has made with them are awesome!
I love working at your store...the staff is amazing and we always find a way to have a great time even when we are slammed with lots to do...that is a reflection of you!
Now get back to work WonderWoman...I'm sure you have something you can be doing , I mean you have been up for half a day already, right?? LOL

Thank you so very much Nancy. I don't think I could have found a better team to work with. Love everyone at the store and I sure love working with you, your energy and personality makes everyone want to get up and get going. I don't know how you do it with 3 kids, the store and manufacturing!!!!!! Can't wait for CHA. Everyone in the design team, ladies, you are amazing, thank you for such a great work on all your projects.
nancy i just want to say Thank You to YOU!! you have been a great person to work for... nothing like any of my other bosses.you dont even feel like a boss youre more of a friend.
I know that when i started i knew NOTHING about scrapbooking but thnaks to you and everyone i work with i have really learned alot. thank you for your knowledge. I really do enjoy working here and i love the people i work with.
